Our Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your MyRoadmapIQ premium report for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We stand behind the quality and value of our premium career reports. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What's Eligible for a Refund

  • Premium career report purchases within 30 days of the original transaction
  • Duplicate charges or accidental purchases
  • Cases where the report was not delivered after successful payment
  • Technical issues that prevented access to your report

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  • Email us at info@myroadmapiq.com
  • Include your name and the email address used for the purchase
  • Include your Stripe order/receipt number if available
  • Briefly describe your reason (optional — we don't require an explanation)

We will process your refund within 48–72 hours of receiving your request.

Refund Processing Time

Once we issue your refund through Stripe, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card
  • 5–10 business days for some bank accounts depending on your financial institution

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.

What Happens After a Refund

After a refund is issued, your access to the premium report content remains available for the remainder of the 30-day period. We believe in treating our customers fairly and do not immediately revoke access upon refund.

The free career assessment remains available to you at any time, regardless of refund status.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
  • Purchases made with fraudulent payment information
